Miami’s Best Dog Photographer
If you are looking for a gorgeous portrait of your beloved pups, we recommend Lorena Cora Pet Photography. Her family photo shoots capture your pups’ beauty and personality, creating works of art to last a lifetime. Her photos are STUNNING. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

They also offer the Happy Hounds Club, a new membership club that offers weekly challenges, trainer-approved games, step-by-step demos, and more! You can meet their trainers at our monthly AKC Fit Dog Walks and our events! They bring the dog lure course to our fundraisers at The Historic Barnacle (Woofstock and the Holiday Barkzaar).
Applause Your Paws
Our friends at Applause Your Paws offer private lessons, group trainings, day school with training, and board and train! They focus on humane, non-intimidating dog training, so you can have the well-behaved dog you always wanted, in any environment.
EZ K9 Training Academy
EZ K9 specializes in private, one-on-one dog training tailored to your dog’s unique needs, all in the comfort of your home. She covers basic obedience to behavior modification, including leash manners, aggression, anxiety, and more. Bonus: they offer bilingual training (English and Spanish)!
Completely Canine
One of Miami’s OG trainers, Completely Canine has been training dogs since 2010, using positive training techniques to help you and your dog become the best they can be! They hold private and group classes (some of which are held at our favorite dog-friendly park, the Historic Barnacle State Park!).

The Dog from Ipanema
The Dog from Ipanema, a renowned brick-and-mortar grooming salon in South Miami, has long been a community favorite, dedicated to caring for pets with a gentle touch. Their commitment extends beyond grooming; founder Jarbas Godoy is a major supporter of Miami’s pet rescues, sponsoring our fundraisers for Paw Patrol animal Rescue, and is a good friend. We are big fans of Doggie Bakery’s organic, homemade treats. Stacy, the founder, is a vet and a wonderful person. Our dogs love her nutritious treats. Boots, Frankie’s little Shih Tzu mix, would only eat her peanut butter treats when he wasn’t feeling well. They are baked in small batches, and there is a nice variety, so everyone in your furry family can enjoy the different flavors. Subscription boxes are available, and they ship to your door! Stacy also makes the cutest birthday cakes and treats for special celebrations. Our dogs give their treats a 10/10.

Wynwood Dog Food
One of our neighbors in South Miami, Wynwood Dog Food makes fresh, human-grade dog food locally in South Florida, formulated by a board-certified veterinary nutritionist. Their meals are tasty, wholesome, and they also offer therapeutic recipes for pups with renal, liver, and other conditions (you need a prescription from your vet). Our dogs have been eating Wynwood Dog Food for years, and they highly recommend it. Our two seniors ate their renal recipe and loved it. Wynwood Dog Food has also provided complementary snacks at our pack walks around SoMi and Coral Gables, and the dogs DEVOURED their chicken and beef fresh food, as well as their single ingredient dog treats.
