We ask for your veterinarian’s information and your pets’ medical history (including allergies, medications taken, and any past injuries to look out for). We note behavioral details and information about your home to keep it looking lived in, such as which lights to turn on and off, where to set the mail and emergency contacts.

Next, our office coordinator reviews the profile with you over the phone, filling in any blanks and asking follow-up questions. We care about the large and small details—like your dog’s leash preferences or knowing which treats your cat prefers (Churu treats are a big hit lately!).

Flavia visits your home for a walkthrough to meet you and your pets face-to-face.
