I have worked with Equipaws since 2019 and they have been a true blessing! You are able to get to know the sitters which I found very important. They are extremely responsible and responsive, well organized and efficient. They do a full home visit and walk through and intake before they start any visits. They provide detailed visit notes and you are notified when they are on the way to your home as well as once they leave (i.e. they send a visit “journal” immediately after the visit). One of my favorite things is that they always send plenty of pictures of your pets so you can really see how they are doing. This is such a peace of mind for any pet parent away from home.
They will also make sure your home is safe and secure and bring in any mail or packages. I have always felt safe and taken care of by them and our pets love them. They also take care to note any special animal needs or any changes in their care and update their visits accordingly. I also love that they are knowledgable about many different types of pets/animals. I can’t say enough great things about these folks. They are great and I feel very lucky to have them as our sitters!
