Selena has always had a special love for animals and knew she wanted them to be a big part of her future. She is currently studying Biology, intending to become a veterinarian, so working with animals every day feels like the perfect way for her to gain experience while doing something she genuinely enjoys.
She has experience caring for dogs and cats through pet sitting and dog walking, as well as volunteering with shelter dogs and helping give them time outside of the shelter. She has also spent summers in Germany around farm animals, which helped grow her love and appreciation for animals of all kinds. Selena especially loves getting to know each petâs individual personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in her care.
At home, Selena has two toy poodles, Zulu and Kuma, who have been a huge part of her love for animals. When she isnât studying or spending time with animals, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be part of the Equipaws team and to meet and care for so many amazing pets!
