Nicolle first became a part of our Equipaws family in 2015. She joined Equipaws Pet Services as a pet care specialist, walking pups and caring for kitties in Coconut Grove, South Miami, Coral Gables, and Brickell. She was also an Active Duty member in the Coast Guard at the same time, achieving the rank of Lieutenant (she was a Shipdriver for 154’ and 378’ cutters).
She was a rock star on our team, a great support to her fellow pet sitters, and incredibly creative and kind. Nicolle was transferred out of the area in 2017 and although she was with us just two years, her work ethic, passion for our company, and love for animals left a lasting impression. We’re excited that she is back with us in 2021, but this time joining the Team as the Director of Operations!
At Equipaws Pet Services, Nicolle combines her knowledge of pet care and training with outstanding customer service to serve as a liaison between management, our team members, and our clients. If you need to book any care or ask any questions, you’ll have the pleasure of working with her, as Nicolle is in charge of all scheduling.
Nicolle’s family includes her husband, Jordan and two energetic and adventurous children, Ellie and Jimmy, and Luna, their black lab who sometimes thinks she is a person and has a cat for a best friend.
